Interstellar’s COO Keiji Atsuta Joins Panel Discussion at U.S.–Japan Initiative Program’s Expanding Frontiers of Collaboration

In December 2025, our COO, Keiji Atsuta, had the pleasure of joining the panel discussion “Expanding Access: Innovation and Commercialization in Space” organized by Asia Society as part of the U.S.–Japan Initiative Program’s Expanding Frontiers of Collaboration event.

Held in Los Angeles, the panel explored commercial barriers that have become bottlenecks for the industry and how international collaboration, commercial innovation, and new space technologies are accelerating access to space. It was an excellent opportunity to share Interstellar’s perspective on next-generation launch services and Japan’s growing role in the global space industry.

The event brought together a distinguished group of leaders shaping the future of space innovation coming from top Japanese and Northamerican space companies.

We are grateful for the invitation and look forward to continuing these important conversations that help strengthen global collaboration and expand commercial space opportunities worldwide.
