Japan’s Interstellar and Germany’s Exolaunch Sign Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Launch Services in Asia

• Interstellar has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with Exolaunch 
• This partnership designates Exolaunch as Interstellar’s preferred provider of satellite separation systems, granting them priority in future multi-launch contracts and access to unused payload capacity

Tokyo (Japan), July 8, 2025 – Interstellar Technologies Inc. (“Interstellar”), a leading space infrastructure company, has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with Exolaunch, a global leader in launch mission management, satellite integration and deployment services. This partnership marks a significant step forward in enhancing rideshare launch capabilities for small satellites across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

As demand for small satellite deployment continues to rise, rideshare missions launches that carry multiple payloads at once -have become a vital part of space access. Exolaunch brings proven expertise in integrating and managing these complex missions, with flight-proven deployment systems and an impeccable track record of success. 

Under this agreement, Exolaunch is designated as Interstellar’s preferred provider of satellite separation systems for the ZERO launch vehicle, reflecting both confidence in Exolaunch’s proven performance and Interstellar’s commitment to delivering the latest and most reliable technologies to customers.

In addition Exolaunch will receive priority for signing multi-launch contracts and access to available launch capacity on Interstellar’s missions, enabling more efficient launches and greater access to orbit for small satellite operators.
